An exciting opportunity for artists worldwide to get confident and visible on digital, showcase their artwork and connect directly with people who buy art and galleries who sell art
Created in response to the global pandemic, Pure ART360 is an innovative digital event delivered dynamically online bi annually in the Spring and Autumn. The Spring edition focuses on process and materials. The Autumn edition focuses on the artists story and inspiration
Based on artist open studios, it aims to help artists stay motivated, get visible on digital and connect with people who buy art and galleries who sell art.
The event includes an online private view and daily live broadcasts from artists studios around the world, streamed simultaneously on Crowdcast and Facebook.
The first edition took place daily throughout September 2020 and was a huge success.
The second edition will take place daily throughout April 2021 with a focus on process and materials.
Applications NOW OPEN
Applications for the second edition will close when 100 entries are received or 16 January 2021, whichever is sooner (deadline extended due to lockdown 2)
How it works
Applications are invited from artists aged 18 years or older working anywhere in the world. A maximum of 100 artists are able to take part per edition, of which approximately 30 are invited to GO LIVE on Crowdcast from their studios anywhere in the world.
All artists who apply per edition are included in the Magazine and are also invited to participate in 2 online digital marketing workshops.
All artists who apply also receive additional benefits including course and membership discounts and opportunities to take part in physical exhibitions* and events, with a guaranteed min. of 15 artists offered per edition (*additional fees and sales commission apply).
The Pure digital magazine forms a significant element of the ART360 event. Published on the ISSUU digital platform, each edition includes ALL submitting artists, with hyper links taking visitors directly to their various selling platforms.
Viewable directly from both the ISSUU and Pure websites, the magazine is interactive, fully searchable and promoted worldwide across multiple social media platforms.
For their page, artists are asked to submit up to 4 images, including one of themselves working or with their artwork and approximately 100 words about themselves and their practice. For the April edition we are happy to accept images of work in progress.
Selected from those who apply for each edition, approximately 30 artists are invited to GO LIVE via Crowdcast from their studios anywhere in the world!
Broadcasts take place daily in April and October. A pre-recorded video, created either by the artist themselves or the Pure team, previews on Social media during the day, followed by a live interview or demonstration and Q&A between the artist and one of the Pure team at 6pm GMT on Crowdcast.io, live streamed simultaneously on Facebook.
Following each daily broadcast, the HD recording is downloaded and added to the Pure website page and the Pure Youtube channel for further viewing and promotion on social media.
