Creative Cross-Currents

  • Dimbola Museum and Galleries Terrace Lane, Freshwater Bay Isle of White United Kingdom (map)

Join Jeremy and Griselda Bear for afternoon tea at Dimbola Museum and Galleries on the Isle of White to celebrate the exhibition closing of Creative Cross-Currents and the Queens Jubilee.

Creative Cross-Currents is the first exhibition to bring together the work of 19th Century pioneering photographer Julia Margaret Cameron with that of 21st century visual artists. Developed and curated by Griselda Bear, through their personal stories this exhibition weaves together India, Sri Lanka and Britain.

This will be a final chance to see this outstanding exhibition, including artists’ films and installation and to talk and share ideas and experiences on such matters as working with partners for outreach beyond the gallery walls, curating thematic shows, exhibitions in public gallery spaces, grants, sponsors and much more…

The guest list will be limited to 10 people. RSVP essential.
