Relaxation and restoration are essential elements in preserving both our physical and mental health.
This Pure relaxation day hosted by Calmer Self has been designed to allow you to step away for a short time from your normal routine, detox from social media and really focus in on yourself. We have brought together a range of therapists who will share their individual practices with you.
The day will include meditation, a sound bath, laughter therapy, nutrition and wellness.
You will also have the opportunity to explore any specific areas in more depth with an NLP qualified coach.
