Julia Stubbs

PAINTING - ABSTRACT

Julia is an abstract artist living in West Sussex. She works mostly in watercolour on paper but also enjoys mixed media and acrylic. Although she takes her painting extremely seriously, for her, the main object is to enjoy making art. When she starts on a painting she has no preconceived idea of where the first marks will lead her or what the finished work will look like. She enjoys the unpredictability of the process.
