Ali Rabjohns

Ali is a textile artist with specialist natural dyeing, felting, painting, and sustainable practice skills. Experienced textiles workshop facilitator with a therapeutic approach, leading bespoke creative wellbeing groups and retreats. A particular interest in the richness of cultural diversity and cultural heritage, researching indigenous wisdom. A strong connection to the Q’ero community in the High Andes.

The materials Ali uses are mainly textiles-based; particularly Nuno felt and weaving. She prefers using natural, sustainable processes and local plant colour, where possible. The one constant element inspiring Ali is her sacred connection to the natural world, walking softly on the earth, with beauty.
