Vincent Matthews
DRAWING
Vincent has been drawing regularly from a very young age and is an active member of the Society of Graphic Fine Art, serving on the council, which is the only national drawing society in the UK.
Landscapes, old buildings, machinery and old boats featuring in his artwork are largely from places such as Winchelsea, Rye, Dungeness and in his locality.
Vincent won the Hahnemühle prize at the SGFA Draw 19 National Open exhibition for his “Old Boiler” Indian ink drawing.
